How It Works

When you refer a friend or family member to us as an existing customer, you both win! You’ll each receive a 15% discount on labor costs when they complete their first service with us. The more people you refer, the more you save!

For Referring Customers

  • Earn 15% off labor costs for each successful referral
  • Discounts stack up to 100% off labor (refer more friends = bigger savings!)
  • Use your accumulated discount on your next repair service or service call
  • Discounts expire 12 months from the date earned

For New Customers

  • Get 15% off labor costs on your first service when referred by an *existing customer*
  • Become eligible to participate in our referral program after your first service

Verification Process

  1. New customers must provide the referring customer’s name and service address
  2. We verify the referring customer had service at that address within the last 12 months
  3. The service address must be within our current service area
  4. Once verified, discounts become available for both customers

Important Terms

  • Discounts apply to labor costs only, not parts or additional fees
  • Valid for all service calls and repair services
  • If a repair cannot be completed due to parts availability or other technical reasons, the discount still applies to the service call
  • Program available only in our current service areas
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
  • Company reserves the right to exclude certain types of services from the program
  • Referral information must be provided at time of scheduling service. Post-service referral claims will not be honored
  • Referral benefits valid only for customers in *good standing* with fully paid previous services
  • Company reserves the right to verify legitimate customer relationships and deny rewards for suspected fraudulent activity
  • Company reserves the right to deny or revoke program participation based on customer service history
  • This program may be modified or discontinued at any time at the company’s discretion

Definitions and Legal Terms

*Existing Customer: An individual who has previously received and fully paid for at least one service from our company within the past 12 months, and maintains a good standing status with our company.

*Successful Referral: A completed service appointment by a new customer who was referred by an existing customer, where both parties have met all program requirements and verification processes.

*Good Standing: A customer status indicating all previous services have been paid in full, no outstanding disputes exist, and no violations of program terms have occurred.

Privacy Notice

We collect and store referral information solely for the purpose of administering the Loyalty Rewards Program. This information may include names, addresses, service history, and contact details of both referring and referred customers. We retain this information for up to 24 months from the date of referral. We may contact customers via phone, email, or text regarding their participation in the program. By participating in the program, customers consent to this data collection and usage.

Liability Limitation

The company is not liable for any disputes or issues arising between referring and referred customers. We are not responsible for technical errors in discount application or tracking, though we will make reasonable efforts to correct any such errors when identified. The company’s maximum liability under this program is limited to the value of the discount earned.
